About Chris Jones Designs
Christine Jones is a third generation jewelry designer. Her company-La Bijou-was started in 2005 and offers a unique collection of timeless designs. Using a variety of materials- gemstone beads, pearls, shells, wood, sterling, fine silver, gold, silk and leather, Christine works at providing jewelry that is versatile, easy to wear, and that complements the wearer.
In most of her silver pieces you will find a miniature antique key. The meaning of this symbol? The key shape reminds her of her grandparents and connects her to the past. The key is also a metaphor: Her “key to happiness” was simply about unlocking her heart and being open to the possibilities. From this process, Christine Jones Designs, was born and she’s been pretty giddy ever since.
